19.Regular exercise every day is essential for good health. Regular walking in morning or evening according to your convenience is good exercise.

20.Visiting places of good interest and good environment will help to overcome  mental stress .

21.Avoid spending too much time watching TV or frequent visits to movie

22.Good social life  meeting friends and relatives also will reduce stress in life.

23.Visiting temples and picnic spots with family whenever possible is good for healthy family life.
