Talk with attachment  to brothers

Talk with love to  lover

Talk with consideration to children

Talk with regards to relatives

Talk with respect to elders

Talk with with friendliness to strangers

Talk with support to  lower level people

Talk with obedience to higher level people

Talk with encouragement to sick people

 Listen without talk to  persons with great knowledge

Talk with honesty to traders

Talk with limitation to politicians

Talk for people in legislature

Talk with care to enemies

Talk in silence to your conscience

Talk with sincerity to God

What to talk  ? when?  how ?how much ? to whom ?

Talk with understanding  To person listening

Talk what  you understand

Talk which is understood by listeners

Talk with limitation 

Avoid  talk when not required

Something times  talk is required -Sometimes not required

Speak with praise but not to flatter  some one

Harsh talk may be allowed but  not abuse talk

நல்வாழ்வு அனுபவம் எனக்கு 85 வயது ஆகிறது உடல்,மனம் ஆரோக்கியமாக உள்ளத டாக்டரிடமோ மருத்துவ மனைக்கோ செல்ல  அவசியம் இல்லாமல் இருக்கிறது என்னுடைய டாக்டர் நண்பர்கள் " உன்னைப்போல் எல்லோரும் இருந்தால்  நாங்கள் எப்படி வாழ்வது " என்று கவலைப்படுகிறார்கள் என்னுடைய வாழ்வு முறைகள் சூரிய உதயத்திற்கு முன்பு படுக்கையில் இருந்து எழுவது ஐந்து நிமிடங்கள் தியானம் செய்வது பல்துலக்கி இரண்டு டம்ளர் நீர் அருந்துவது  சூரிய ஒளியில் நடை பயில்வது மலஜலம் கழிப்பது குளிப்பது  பூஜை அறையில் திருநீர்இட்டு கடவுள் பிரார்த்தனை செய்வது  காலை ஆகாரம் உட்கொள்வது அன்றைய செய்தி தாள் படிப்பது அன்று பணிகளை ஆராய்வது போன் செய்திகளை படித்து அவசியமானால் பதில் அனுப்புவது கம்ப்யூட்டரில் அமர்ந்து அன்றைய மெயில்களை படித்து பதில்அனுப்பு வது அன்றய திட்டமிட்ட பணிகளை செய்து முடிப்பது பகல்உணவு உண்பது படிக்க அவசியமான புத்தகங்கள் படிப்பது மாலையில் கிரீன் டீ அருந்துவது ஒரு மணி நேரம் கால்நடை பயில்வது இரவு உணவு அருந்துவது வீட்டில்உள்ள உறவினர்களிடம் உரையாடுவது பத்து மணிக்கு படுக்கைக்கு செல்வது உணவு முறைகள் காலை பகல் இரவு உண்ணும...
