Health benefits:
-Eating watermelon is very much beneficial, especially in summer because it has very high water content (92 percent  is water)
-High in alpha and beta carotene, that can be converted into vit. A.
-Rich in lycopene - a potent antioxidant; lowers cholesterol, blood pressure and can prevent cancer)
-Contains cucurbitacin E ( antioxidant , anti inflammatory and investigated for preventing tumour growth)
-Has vitamins C, A, B1, B5, B6. and E
-Contains citruline ( increases nitric oxide level thereby expanding vessels and lowers blood pressure)
-It is low in calorie and prevents obesity.
-Contains magnesium and potassium ( good for heart )
-May prevent muscle soreness
