What are the negative effects of skipping breakfast regularly?

Skipping breakfast regularly can lead to:
-atherosclerosis that ends up in hypertension and chronic cardiovascular diseases including stroke.
-More chances of developing type 2 Diabetes .
       (Recent research study says that a morning meal triggers the body cells to eat up sugar rather than to store it.)
-higher hungry levels throughout the day followed by more intake of food (due to craving for food ) and finally obesity. Hence instead of weight loss weight gain takes place.
-Negative impact on mood and memory 
-Risk of cancer due to obesity 
-migraine: 
          (Hypoglycaemia in the morning triggers the release of hormones combating low sugar level and can give rise to migraine )
