Food supplements to reduce blood sugar level
Adiponectin promoting foods
⁃Foods that naturally increase adiponectin in the blood will
reduce blood sugar level.
The following are examples that enhance adinopectin and thereby reduce blood sugar.
Garlic
Spinach and leafy greens
Pumpkins
Nuts and seeds
Olive oil
Avocados
0.Omega 3 fatty acid (examples: cod liver oil, flax seeds, fenugreek seeds)
0.Cinnamon
0.Magnesium and chromium rich foods ( examples for magnesium containing food:- dark chocolate, avocados, nuts, legumes etc. examples for chromium containing foods are: broccoli. Corn, sweet potato. Oats, green beans, grapes. Tomatoes, eggs etc)
0.Resistant starch (starch molecules that reduce starch digestion :- examples are: oats, brown rice, beans, legumes, hi- maize flour, green and yellow bananas not ripened)
