It is a known fact that increase in blood sugar and non available insulin to reduce it cause Diabetes mellitus and it can be controlled well if the following advice is practiced well.
-Regular exercise
-Stress free lifestyle
-Sugar free diabetic diet
-Regular intake of proper allopathy medicine
In my personal experience my regular 1/2an hour vigorous walking daily in the morning and evening (along with sugar free diet and prescribed anti-diabetic tab) brought down the high blood sugar hba1c level from 11.4 to 7 within 3 months and without any insulin injection .
Hence in my opinion, mere
regular walking helps a lot to reduce blood sugar level in diabetes
