Plan Daily routine for Healthy life

Sick to daily routine for Good health and organised and productive life

Daily routine

Wake up early in the morning

Dr ink two glasses of water.drinking with lemon juice is better

Go for a walk or run or jog or do yoga for 30 minutes

Eat good amount of rich breakfast

Start your work

Take small break between your work and relax with fruit juice or vegetable soup

Have good lunch with balanced food

Take a nap for 15 minutes

Drink green tea in the evening

Do exercise or take a long walk

Take light dinner

Read a book of interest to you or news papers

Drink half litre  water

Thank God for everything you experienced during day by prayer

Go to bed to sleep on a good mattress  with good pillow 

Please ensure your bed room is clean without clutter,tv, ability toand smart phone

No bright light or noise in your bed room for ensuring sound sleep

Having fixed timings for each activity.

Do not change timings unless you have sudden commitments

Please restrict time you spend on emails,Facebook,whats app, Instagram 

Do not allow others to waste your time unnecessarily

Give reasonable time for family, work and recreation

Have positive outlook and avoid negative thoughts

Believe in your ability to live a fruitful life


Notes:

Please note body functions are controlled by circadian rhythm-

Time suitable for activity like taking food, sleeping , exercise,brain activity etc.


Exposure of skin to morning sun light is highly beneficial

Limited consumption of sugar and salt will be good for health

Outdoor activities will improve mental health
