Curry leaves and their medical benefits (based on scientific researches)
They contain:
⁃ Vit . A,B,C and B2
⁃ Carbazole alkaloids - have antibacterial, anti cancer and anti inflammatory properties
⁃ Linolol - gives the aroma and has antibacterial quality
⁃ Benefits:
⁃ 1. Weight loss: (due to carbazole content which fight against weight gain by regulating cholesterol level)
⁃ 2. Eliminates bacteria and harmful free radicals.(antibacterial property of carbazole)
⁃ 3. Heals wounds, skin eruptions and bruises by applying the curry leaves paste directly on them
