Curry leaves and their medical benefits (based on scientific researches)
They contain:
Vit . A,B,C and B2
Carbazole alkaloids - have antibacterial, anti cancer and anti inflammatory properties
Linolol - gives the aroma and has antibacterial quality
Benefits:
1. Weight loss: (due to carbazole content which fight against weight gain by regulating cholesterol level)
2. Eliminates bacteria and harmful free radicals.(antibacterial property of carbazole)
3. Heals wounds, skin eruptions and bruises by applying the curry leaves paste directly on them
4. Promotes hair growth by repairing the hair brittleness and dandruff 
5. Enhances memory by regular intake of curry leaves
6. Reduce blood glucose level by preventing damage of insulin producing cells by free radicals
7. Good for eyesight and prevent early occurrence of cataract
